actually I 'd been for scholarship interview & mock teaching session early January. after a week,  received call from faculty and they supported my application. now waiting for scholarship application process... thank you Allah. also thanks to my supportive hubby which always be my side.. InsyaAllah. semoga Allah permudahkan segala urusan ini. to become an academician & anatomist.

baby food recipes

Mashed Bananas

1 Ripe Banana
Water, Formula or Breast Milk as needed

Peel and cut a ripe banana into small dices
Mash with a fork

There should be no need to use a machine as bananas, just like avocados, will have a very soft consistency and texture. Bananas do not need to be cooked.

Depending on your baby's age and stage, you may not need to add any liquid to the mashed banana.  You may purée the banana in a food processor or blender if desired

crying can't kill a baby. so..

don't shake your baby!
and no baby has ever died from crying, but too many have died from being shaken..
experience as new mummy.. frankly speaking, very hard to deal with crying baby/ infant. we try to comfort them, but they just keep crying and crying.. quite frustrating. sometimes can lead to stressful situation. and unintentionally we don't realized it is about to shake our baby.. to be continued!
